Dr. J M Rao is a renowned surgeon in the state of Odisha with specialization in General, Laparoscopic and Minimally Invasive Surgery. He has more than 30 years of work experience in this field and has worked for some of the well known Hospitals in New Delhi and Odisha. He is a member of the leading medical associations of the country, namely ELSA, IAGES and AMASI. He imparts regular and case specific training to the caregivers that ensures delivery of high quality healthcare at patients home.”
Santosh Jena has over 15 years of experience in the field of shipping and International Business. Having held senior positions in International corporates and multinational companies, his experience includes start-up operations, development and execution of strategies for leveraging new markets and customers. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management from IIAM. As COO, Santosh directs his energy towards operations and implementation.
Murali has over 24 years of hands-on experience in large firms as well as Start Ups. He has experience in Product and Service Sales and Marketing, Distribution and Supply Chain. The Start Up experience extends to setting up Companies, building a team and scaling the Companies through to stability. Murali holds an MBA form XIMB and has graduated with B.Tech. from NIT Rourkela. As Advisor Marketing and IT, Murali plans the Marketing Strategy and IT solutions for OrangeCross.
Parthasarathi Patnaik has over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking and Venture Capital industries. He has held several leadership roles in Global Banking and Markets at RBS and ABN AMRO Bank. He brings with him a keen understanding of international capital markets and extensive experience in incubating and building highly successful businesses in India. Parthasarathi is an alumnus of the Wharton School of Business. He holds an MBA degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and has graduated with a B.Tech. from IIT (BHU). Partha oversees the corporate governance and Finance of OrangeCross.
Dr. Shravani Mohanty holds a doctorate degree in Neurobiology from Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, Kolkata, and an M.Phil. in Biotechnology from University of Delhi. She has worked as a Scientist under Dept. of Science & Technology (Govt. of India) at the Dept. of Biotechnology, Vani Vihar, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. For over 4 years in Chennai, she worked in various capacities, such as a resource person (training) for Relief India Foundation, Editor of Journal “Yogatherapie “of Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation and as a researcher at VHS Hospital, Chennai. Dr. Mohanty oversees the quality, training and upskilling of nurses.
