The delivery of the service will be done to the best of our ability as per the slot
Reasonable amount of delay to the extent of traffic on roads should be allowed a s grace
The delivery of service will be deemed to start once the Nurse reached the address.
The service will be deemed complete once a reasonable agreement is reached with the customer about the completion
Payment/Cancellation/Refund
All payment will be in advance for the full service booked.
A service can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the slot booked with full refund
A full refund will be initiated for such cancelled orders minus the transaction charges if any
For orders cancelled less than 24 hours before a service
We will retain 20% Of the fees and refund the balance
All refunds will be made to the account from which the transaction is initiated.
Privacy policy
All data , information of the customer will be maintained in strict confidence with OrangeCross
No information will be shared with a 3rd party without express consent of customer
All information will however be used for specific service related communication with the specific customer
