I have known OrangeCross as an organization from the time I was Chairman, Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA). OrangeCross was a key Programme Implementation Partner in skill training for nursing-aides. This gave me an opportunity to frequently meet with their leadership team, including visits to their training facilities. I was deeply impressed by their vision, commitment, sense of purpose and ability to execute despite many odds.

 

Along the way, OrangeCross also became an integral part of our family in taking care of my father-in-law for several years, until he passed away. From the time that he was a healthy senior and needed routine health support, to the time when he eventually slowed down and needed fulltime assistance, OrangeCross was there as a steady support to him and the family. We are very grateful to them for their professionalism, responsive care and humanity. They build it on their exceptional foundation of competence with empathy. It starts with how they treat their own people.

 

Given the emergent massive need for providing high quality homecare services and, “away from ICU critical care”, the time has come for OrangeCross to significantly scale up their operations. In doing so, apart from building a purpose-driven enterprise, they will also deliver exceptional humane services from multiple locations in India to people in need and their families. I believe they are strongly poised to handle the scaling up effort. They have the management capability and the highest sense of integrity to back any promise they make to their stakeholders and partners.
