OrangeCross has presented a Seminar on Understanding Emotional, Psychological and Social Well-Being aimed at fostering a deeper connection between faculty members and students at World Skill Center (WSC), Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar.
The Seminar was attended by faculty members representing various trades at WSC. The primary objective of this event was to address the importance of building strong rapport with students, understanding their expectations, and delving into the emotional and social aspects of the students of WSC.
The seminar served as a platform for open discussions and knowledge sharing among educators and trainers, focusing on strategies to minimize the gap between trainers and trainees.
The hope is that by better understanding the students emotional and psychological needs, instructors can create a more conducive and supportive learning environment.
The event received positive feedback from the attendees, with many expressing their enthusiasm for implementing the insights gained during the seminar into their teaching methodologies.
By actively addressing the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of students, OrangeCross and WSC aim to improve the overall educational experience and empower students to reach their full potential.
